How long does production and delivery take?
Lead times vary depending on the product and order complexity and are stated on each product page. As a general guide, for stock items β of which we hold approximately 20 million pieces β the typical turnaround time is around 2β3 weeks from artwork approval to delivery. Custom made or imported items may have longer lead times.
Do you hold stock or is everything made to order?
We maintain an impressive inventory of approximately 20 million pieces of stock across a wide range of products. This means faster turnaround times for many popular items. Some products may be made to order, which will be reflected in the stated lead time on the product page.
What artwork or design files do you need for branding?
For the best possible print quality, we recommend supplying your logo and artwork in vector format (e.g., .AI, .EPS or .PDF). However, our experienced in-house design team can work with almost any file format you provide, including .PNG, .JPG and .PSD files, and will do their best to prepare your artwork for production.
Do you have an in-house design team?
Yes, we have a dedicated in-house design team ready to assist you. Whether you need help preparing your artwork, adapting your logo for a specific product, or creating a design from scratch, our designers are here to make the process as smooth and easy as possible.
What if I don't have a logo or finalised design yet?
